Presentation

My name is Michelle Kemp, an emerging jeweler and artisan based in Boucherville. Since 2017, I've been creating unique jewelry in noble metals, designed to last and stand the test of time. My world combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary innovation, thanks to granulation, wax sculpture, and 3D modeling.

My creative process

My artistic vision translates into creations that combine my passion for jewelry techniques and my desire to create an asymmetrical harmony. My main goal is to capture the second glance, the one we give to the object to understand and explore it in depth and to make us take the time to discover the details of the things that surround us.

Whether it's for my collections or the custom pieces I make for my clients, I always have comfort, durability and authenticity in mind. It all starts with a source of inspiration or criteria to respect, that's how I choose the direction to take. Increasingly, I use 3D modeling as a tool to bring certain aspects of my projects to life.

My values

What I value most is integrity and honesty. Being clear and transparent is essential to me. It is important that my clients know exactly who they are working with, what they are buying, how the jewelry is made and to make sure I understand them.

The local economy, the environment, ethical fashion and knowledge sharing are part of the concerns of my practice. Every day, I take concrete actions with the aim of improving my activity and raising awareness in my community.
